How long will it take until I receive my order?

Most orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Once your package is in the mail, shipping speed is determined by your selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We accept returns/exchanges on most items within 30 days. Custom prints and framed prints are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you rush orders?

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us so we can make arrangements to make sure you get your package by a specified date. Additional fees may apply.

How do I check the status of my package?

Lost/ Delayed Packages:

The post office provides the same tracking information to both sender and receiver, so we don't have access to any additional info other than what's on the tracking page.
